Teen Smoking Likely Leads to Adulthood Smoking

A startling study statistic reveals that 20% of high school students are smoking cigarettes with a staggering 80% of those who will continue to smoke through adulthood. We are all well aware of the risks associated with smoking including lung cancer, emphysema, heart attacks, strokes and more. What is the solution? A practical place to start in trying to decrease these numbers is to do more for education and prevention at an early time in life and attempt to implement school programs that really outline the realities and consequences of smoking.
